Vesper Terms of Use

Vesper and Plus
Vesper provides a creative drawing, light, sound, and quiet-session experience. Core drawing, local saving, and basic sessions are free. Optional Vesper Plus monthly and annual subscriptions unlock all environments and designs and cloud backup for signed-in accounts. Prices and included features are shown before purchase; annual subscriptions are billed upfront.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the displayed renewal price. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases in Vesper restores eligible access. Deleting your Vesper account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Apple licence and privacy
Use of the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These service details supplement that agreement and do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Our Vesper Privacy Policy is available at https://www.aurea-via.co.uk/apps/vesper/privacy.
Your content and assisted features
You retain rights in your drawings and content. You authorise processing of content only as necessary to provide the features you request, including cloud backup and optional assisted exploration. You are responsible for content you submit. Assisted responses may be inaccurate and are intended for creative reflection; they are not medical or professional advice. Keep an exported copy of content important to you.
