Delete your Vesper account

Request deletion outside the app

Email contact@aurea-via.co.uk with the subject “Vesper account deletion”, using the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in where possible. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deleting its data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private drawings.

Delete from Vesper

Open Vesper’s Settings, choose the account deletion control and follow the confirmation and sign-in verification steps. If you cannot access your account, use the email request above.

What is deleted or retained

Account deletion removes your Firebase authentication account and associated cloud drawings, drawing notes, settings, saved session compositions and notification-token records. In-app deletion also clears Vesper’s local account data. An email request cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device; remove that local data in Vesper or uninstall the app.

Store purchase records, subscription transactions, security records and support correspondence may be retained by us or the relevant providers where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, purchase validation or handling your request. See our privacy policy for details.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling Vesper does not cancel Vesper Plus. Cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or iOS subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
